Payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer is welcomed.
There are no facilities for payment by credit or debit card.
If reimbursement is due from an insurer there is the option of paying directly, receiving a receipt and claiming directly from the insurance company. Alternatively where payment has been confirmed you should bring your authorisation number and membership number where available and we can claim on your behalf.
First visit 45 minutes
Subsequent visits 30 minutes
The above timings are the amount allowed for treatment and every effort is made not to exceed these periods but this cannot always be guaranteed.
Sometimes the necessary therapy can be conducted in a shorter time, in which case
no further treatment is given in the current session as this would be counter-
Sessions rarely start later than the appointed time.
Queens Park station is on the Bakerloo line zone 2, and it is on the Silverlink line Euston to Watford. Brondesbury Park on the London overground line is about 15 mins walk away from the clinic down Salusbury Road. Bus stops K & L in Salusbury Rd are nearby for route 206 Kilburn Park to St Raphael’s. Other routes which pass near Queens Park station are 6 Willesden to
Aldwych, 36 to New Cross, 316 St Charles Sq to Cricklewood, 187 Ctl Middx Hospital to Finchley Rd. A 10 minute walk from
Kilburn High Road down Victoria Road leads to the clinic.
The clinic is in a controlled parking area outside of the congestion charge zone.
A ticket must be purchased for parking Monday to Friday between 0830 am -
Some private insurance companies will cover for treatment at the clinic such as HSA, Norwich Union etc. BUPA and AXA/PPP impose limits on treatment costs and so are not included.
Some insurers require that you obtain a referral first from your GP although some do not require this. It is sometimes necessary to obtain authorisation first from the company in which case an authorisation number will be given. If you are unsure how to proceed it is best to contact your insurers to clarify the procedure with them. There will be limits as regards how much treatment can be given in a specified period.
You can pay directly for the treatment and obtain a receipt and submit this to the insurance company. Where payment is cleared by the company please bring your authorisation (and member when available) number with you.
